BrightFind Tidy provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:
- Residential cleaning services
- Commercial cleaning services
- Deep cleaning services
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
- Post-construction cleanup
All services are provided in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Service Requests
- All service requests must be made through our website, phone, or email
- We reserve the right to accept or decline service requests
- Service availability is subject to our capacity and scheduling constraints
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
- Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee
- Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
4. Pricing and Payment
Service Fees
- All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD)
- Prices may vary based on service type, location, and specific requirements
- Additional charges may apply for extra services or special requests
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
- We accept cash, check, and electronic payments
- Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
- HST/GST will be added where applicable
5. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your cleaning requirements
- Ensure safe access to the premises during scheduled service times
- Secure or remove valuable and fragile items before cleaning
- Inform us of any pets, security systems, or special instructions
- Provide adequate parking and access for our team
- Report any concerns or issues within 24 hours of service completion
6. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work:
- If you're not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours
- We will return to address any legitimate concerns at no additional charge
- Our guarantee applies to the original scope of work only
- Claims must be made in writing with specific details
7. Liability and Insurance
Our Liability
- We maintain comprehensive liability insurance for all services
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear
- Claims for damage must be reported immediately
Customer Liability
- Customers are responsible for providing a safe working environment
- Customers must disclose any hazardous conditions or materials
- Customers are liable for any damage caused by failure to follow instructions
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality:
- All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy
- Our staff maintains confidentiality regarding your premises and personal items
- We do not share customer information with third parties without consent
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship:
- With written notice for ongoing service agreements
- Immediately for breach of these terms
- For non-payment or violation of safety requirements
- At our discretion for inappropriate behavior
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, labor disputes, or other unforeseeable events.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
